Spanish designer based in Brooklyn, Pablo seamlessly bridges in each of his peaces the precision of engineering with the expressiveness of art. His background in Industrial Design Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) intertwines with the avant-garde experimentation he cultivated during his MFA in Furniture Design at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). This fusion of technical rigor and artistic exploration has shaped his unique approach to contemporary design—where function meets poetry, and materials tell stories.

For over five years, he worked as a Product Design Manager at a contract furniture manufacturing company, overseeing the design, development, and installation of hundreds of pieces. His work has brought him to hotels, restaurants, and ships across Europe, collaborating with globally recognized brands such as Radisson and Hilton. Beyond shaping objects, his expertise extends into strategy, innovation, and intellectual property, with several product patents co-signed in partnership with his clients.

His work has been showcased at international exhibitions, including ICFF/Wanted Design Manhattan, Design X Rhode Island, and FITUR. In 2025, he will take a bold new step in his career, exhibiting in the design capitals of Stockholm, Frankfurt, Milan, and New York with two collections that encapsulate his material experimentation and commitment to sustainability.

The first, El Fuego, introduces the public to a graphite-based bioplastic of his own invention—a material that redefines the relationship between industry and nature, transforming waste into vibrant, functional pieces. The second, Guirra, explores wool as an ecological and renewable resource, pushing its warmth and versatility into the realm of furniture design. Both collections reflect his ongoing pursuit of new material narratives, where design is not just about form and function but also an act of respect for the environment and an invitation to imagine more sustainable futures.

For Pablo, design is the place where art meets function, where materials come to life in a delicate balance of technique and emotion.
